Shrink wrap tubes that are custom cut to fit a 3x9 pillar candle perfectly. The top and bottom will not be completely covered. The wrap shrinks so about a quarter inch of the top and bottom candle edge will be covered. Use heat gun to shrink the wrap perfectly each time. No wasted time cutting shrink wrap each time.
