All White Candles a division of A Candle Co. will accept any merchandise back when these guidelines are followed:

• We must be notified of the return or damage within 7 days of receiving your order
• All merchandise must be received back within 20 days
• Merchandise must be received back in same condition it was received in.
• Partial damage to a case will be handled with a refund, replacement items will not be sent out.
• We do not cover any shipping charges on returns
• Cases must be returned in their entirity (no partial cases)
• Orders received back after 20 days will have a 20% restocking fee
